We are a homebrewing supply store located in Orange County, California, just four doors down from The Bruery, founded in May 2009.

The Bruery Provisions is committed to providing homebrewers with top-notch supplies and ingredients. We carry over 40 different types of grain, specializing in Belgian and Organic varieties. With a wide selection of hops, exotic herbs, spices, yeast strains and sugars, plus recipe kits from your favorite brewers, The Bruery Provisions has everything you need to make killer homebrew. Because we are a part of The Bruery, there are experts around to give you advice whenever you need it.

Our History:

To understand the founding of The Bruery Provisions, it is important to understand the history of The Bruery. Owner Patrick Rue started homebrewing as a diversion in his first year of law school. As the years went by Patrick's skill and passion grew until it reached the point where he knew all he wanted to do for the rest of his life was make beer. Thus The Bruery was born.

As The Bruery continues to grow, Patrick's never forgotten his love for homebrewing. To support the community and hobby that gave him so much, he opened The Bruery Provisions a year later on May 8, 2009.
